Are you licensed?

Yes, I am! North Carolina licensed, inspected and certified.

Where are you Located?

I am close to downtown Statesville, NC and I'm willing to meet you close by or deliver for a small fee within 15 miles.

I want a cake I don't see on your flavors list. Do you make other cakes?

I have been baking my entire life. If you have a flavor or a style or a cake recipe that you would like, I will do everything I can to make it for you!!!

I emailed and haven't heard back!

Please don't email! Text or Facebook messages get answered a few times a day. Email gets answered a couple times a week...maybe...if I remember.

I can never get through when calling!

Please don't call! I have a lot of cakes and I can never remember to check my voicemail! It is always best to text me or Facebook message me. I usually don't have time to respond to voice messages and I want to make your cake!

I put a deposit down on a cake and I have to cancel. Do I get a refund?

These things do happen! Unfortunately I can not give refunds, as I have spent a lot of time speaking to you about your dream cake, designing your cake, and buying materials- and if it is within a week of pick up, I most likely have already begun your cake.
